Adding or Editing Your Rental License Number

Some U.S. cities or states require landlords to include a rental license number when advertising a rental property. Furnished Finder allows landlords to add this information directly to their listing.

Landlords are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and Furnished Finder does not provide guidance or advice on specific legal requirements by jurisdiction.

To Add or Edit Your Rental License Number

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Edit Listing, and click on Details.
  3. Select your property from the drop-down, if applicable.
  4. Under Property Details, enter your Rental License # in the corresponding field.

If you add a rental license number, it will appear in the Overview section of your listing's property details page on the Furnished Finder website and mobile app

If your listing has multiple units with different license numbers, enter all the numbers in the Rental License Number field. This field applies to the entire listing, not each unit separately. For example: Unit 1: 00000 | Unit 2: RHL-00000000.
