As of 7/20/2026, Furnished Finder partners with RentalGuardian for Damage Protection. These instructions are for customers who have plans with Waivo, our legacy provider.
Modifying Waivo Damage Protection Plans
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select Landlord Tools and find the Damage Protection Plans section.
If you have active policies on Waivo, you will see the option to Access past Waivo policies to the left of the New Plan button.
- From there, you can cancel a plan or update your payment method.
- To cancel a plan, identify the period you wish to cancel, click Cancel, and confirm.
- To update your payment method, click the Update Payment Method button, enter your new payment information, and click Update.
Notes:
- Landlords can cancel a protection plan before the future scheduled payment start date.
