Managing Damage Protection Plans with Waivo

Modifying Waivo Damage Protection Plans

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Select Landlord Tools and find the Damage Protection Plans section.
  3. Select View under your Damage Protection Plan purchase.
  4. From there, you can cancel a plan or update your payment method.
    • To cancel a plan, identify the period you wish to cancel, click Cancel, and confirm.
    • To update your payment method, click the Update Payment Method button, enter your new payment information, and click Update.

Notes:

  • Landlords can cancel a protection plan before the future scheduled payment start date.
