Modifying Waivo Damage Protection Plans
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select Landlord Tools and find the Damage Protection Plans section.
- Select View under your Damage Protection Plan purchase.
- From there, you can cancel a plan or update your payment method.
- To cancel a plan, identify the period you wish to cancel, click Cancel, and confirm.
- To update your payment method, click the Update Payment Method button, enter your new payment information, and click Update.
Notes:
- Landlords can cancel a protection plan before the future scheduled payment start date.
