What If I Fail the Verification Process?

After the first unsuccessful verification attempt, you can scan your ID and verify again. 

After the second unsuccessful verification attempt, please contact our Customer Support team at (661) 489-5907. Our team will troubleshoot the issue and guide you through the Verification Process.

Key Recommendations 

  • Use the latest version of your preferred browser.
  • Use bright, even lighting to ensure your ID is readable without glare.

  • Hold your ID steady to avoid blurriness.

  • Keep your entire ID visible, without covering any part of it.

  • Make sure your ID is not tilted and remains fully within the frame.

  • Only one ID should be visible in the photo.

  • Double-check that the information on your documents matches your account details.

  • Try a different device (ex: computer, tablet, phone)
