To ensure a safe and reliable experience, Furnished Finder partners with a fraud prevention service to verify the identity of landlords. Failure to complete the verification process will prevent you from listing a property on Furnished Finder.
To complete the verification process:
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select Edit Listing and navigate to the Verification section.

Start Verification: Consent to the privacy policy and click Start.
- Ensure your browser version is up to date.

Submit ID:
- Choose your ID's issuing country/region.
- Select your ID type (identity card, driver's license, passport, or visa).
- If prompted, allow camera access.
- Scan both sides of your ID within the green corners.

Start Selfie Verification:
- Ensure you’re in a well-lit area without excessive reflections or glare.

Keep your face fully visible and look directly into the camera.
- Center your face in the oval until the oval turns green.
- Check Status: The verification page will update once completed. Please note that this can take up to 5 minutes.

Keep your entire ID visible, without covering any part of it.

Make sure your ID is not tilted and remains fully within the frame.
