You can purchase Listing Setup in two ways:
During a New Listing Purchase
When purchasing a new listing subscription, simply add Listing Setup during checkout for $119.
For an Existing Listing
If you already have a listing that is not yet complete:
Log in to your Dashboard.
Go to Edit Listing and click on Details.
- Click the Purchase Listing Setup link and complete your purchase.
Listing Setup can only be purchased for incomplete listings. If your listing is already complete, the purchase option will not be available.
Have Multiple Units?
A single Listing Setup Service purchase can be used for multiple units only if they share the same property type and address. If your units include different property types at the same address, or are located at different addresses, you must purchase an additional Listing Setup Service for each.
