Before You Start
Your landlord must send you an invitation email before you can set up or make rent payments in KeyCheck.
If you haven't received an invitation, check your spam folder or contact your landlord directly. Rent payments are only available after a landlord invitation is accepted.
Set Up Rent Payments
- Open the invitation email from your landlord and click the link.
- Log in to your KeyCheck account or create an account if you don't already have one.
- From your dashboard, go to Rent Payments and select Manage.
- Review the scheduled charges, including rent, deposits, fees, and any other charges added by your landlord.
- If the information is correct, click Next.
- Select Add your payment method and complete any required verification.
- Once your payment method is added, continue to the next screen.
- Review the payment details and click Continue to agree to the payment schedule.
Please note: If any rent amounts, deposits, or fees are incorrect, contact your landlord before accepting the payment schedule.
Make a Payment
- From Payments, go to the Rent Schedule page.
- Find the payment request or select the charge(s) you'd like to pay.
- Click Make Payment.
- Review the payment details and select Process Payment to complete your payment.
You will receive a confirmation once your payment is successfully submitted.
