Find It With Fern is Furnished Finder's AI-powered search experience (currently in beta) that lets you describe what you're looking for in plain language. Share your location, dates, budget, and must-haves, and Fern finds listings that match without the need to set filters yourself.
Please note: Find It With Fern is an early release. It may not get everything perfect yet, and we're actively improving it based on how people use it.
You can still browse listings and set filters yourself. Find It With Fern is just a faster option when you want to describe everything at once instead of selecting filters one by one. Both options are available and you can switch between them at any time.
How to Search Using Fern
Go to our Find It With Fern page.

Describe your ideal place in plain language. Include location, dates, monthly budget, length of stay, and any must-haves.
For example: "1-bedroom near downtown Phoenix, available May 1 for 8 weeks, under $2,500/month, pet-friendly, on-site laundry."
Click the arrow and review your search summary.
Click See my matches to view the listings that match what you described.
Check the filters Fern applied at the top of the results page. You can adjust them manually at any time.
To make changes with Fern, click Refine preferences.
Refining Your Results
Add detail to your description: Specify a neighborhood, lease length, or key amenity to improve accuracy.
Use the refresh button: After tweaking your description, refresh results with one click.
Adjust filters manually: Use the filter options on the results page to narrow or broaden your search.
Not finding anything? Try broadening your description, adjusting your dates or budget, or checking the spelling of your location. If you'd rather search manually, you can switch to standard search and apply filters yourself.
Please Note
Find It With Fern handles one search at a time. It doesn't chat back and forth. To get different results, simply enter a new description.
Results may not always be perfect. Listing details vary and natural language can be interpreted in different ways. Use your own judgment when reviewing results, and reach out to landlords with questions before booking.
