As of February 2026, new Stripe sign-ups through KeyCheck are no longer available.
Existing KeyCheck users can continue using Stripe and are not required to switch.

ACH (Bank Transfer)
Free when rent is deposited into a Baselane Checking account
$2 fee per invoice when rent is deposited into an external bank account
Credit Card: A 3.49% processing fee is charged to the tenant.
PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App: Available when using a Baselane Banking account to send, receive, or transfer funds.
Zelle is not supported at this time.
How To Transition to Baselane
- Log in to your Furnished Finder or KeyCheck Dashboard.
- Go to Online Rent Payments. You will be prompted with a transition landing page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Baselane account.
