A unit is any individual space you rent out at the same address. If you have more than one space available at one address, like a duplex, basement apartment, or multiple rooms, you can add extra units under one listing for $149 each instead of creating separate listings for each space.
If you'd like to list both an entire home and individual rooms, you'll need one listing for the entire home and an additional unit for each room, as needed.
Example: Listing a Whole Home and Its Rooms
Let’s say you have a 3-bedroom house and you want to list both the entire home and the individual bedrooms.
Here’s how that works:
Create one listing for the entire home ($199).
Add Room 1 as a unit for +$149.
Add Room 2 as a unit for +$149.
Add Room 3 as a unit for +$149.
