To list a property on Furnished Finder, you must complete the ID verification process and offer a minimum stay of 30 days.
Requirements for Your Listing to Go Live
After creating your listing, it must meet all of the following requirements before it appears in search results:
Active, paid listing subscription
Approved listing with completed ID verification
Property type selected
City and state entered
Monthly rent entered
At least 2 property photos uploaded
Once these requirements are met and your listing is approved, it will go live and become visible to travelers.
What if My Property Isn’t Furnished?
Furnished Finder is designed for travelers seeking furnished housing, but you can list an unfurnished property if you clearly state this in your listing.
Some landlords create their listing before furnishing the property to begin receiving future inquiries. If you do, be sure to accurately describe the property's current status and when it will be furnished.
