If you have more than one space available at the same address, like a duplex, ADU (accessory dwelling unit), or basement, you can list it as a unit under an existing property listing.
Each unit has its own profile, even though they are grouped under one primary listing. Keeping unit information distinct and accurate helps travelers make informed decisions.
Multi-Unit Listing Requirements
To qualify as a multi-unit listing on Furnished Finder:
- All units must share the exact same address.
- Each unit must be rented independently.
Accessing and Editing Your Units
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select Edit Listing and navigate to the section you want to edit.
- Select your property from the dropdown, then select the unit.
