If you have more than one space available at the same address, like a duplex, ADU (accessory dwelling unit), or basement, you can list it as a unit under an existing property listing.
Each unit has its own public listing view, even though they are grouped under one primary listing. Keeping unit information distinct and accurate helps travelers make informed decisions.
Please Note: While individual units appear in search results, they do not display as separate pins on the map.

- All units must share the exact same address and property type
- For example, all units are independent apartments in the same building, or all units are private rooms to rent in a house that is listed.
- Each unit must be rented independently.
