Subscription Pricing
Entire place, apartment, or private room: $199/year per property
Hotel or apartment complex: $750/year for multiple units within the building
Each $199 subscription covers one listing, a single rental space, such as an entire home, apartment, or individual room, and any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
What's Included with the Listing Subscription?
Your subscription includes:
- A listing visible to tenants searching for furnished rentals nationwide
- Inquiry, messaging, and calendar tools
- Visibility on a platform designed specifically for stays of 30 days or longer
- Access to a wide range of tenant types, including healthcare professionals, corporate travelers, relocating families, military members, students, and medical guests
Landlords keep 100% of the rent they collect. Furnished Finder does not charge booking commissions.

Have Multiple Spaces or Properties?

If you want to list multiple spaces at the same address, like a duplex, ADU (accessory dwelling unit), or basement apartment, you can add them as units under a listing for $149 each.

Save Time with Our Listing Setup Service
Listing Setup is an optional service for $99, where a Listing Specialist helps you create and publish your property listing.
A single Listing Setup Service purchase can be used for multiple units only when they share the same address and are added before or during your Listing Setup appointment. If units are added after your appointment or have a different address, an additional Listing Setup Service is required.
