Furnished Finder's Listing Setup is a service that provides landlords with 1-on-1 help from our Listing Specialists to help you create and publish a listing designed to attract quality tenants. This is ideal for new landlords or anyone looking to save time. Listings are typically published within 24–72 hours after your interview, once photos and verification are complete.
The one-time payment of $119 includes:
- Professional listing setup: Our team completes your listing. A designated specialist builds your profile based on your market.
- Optimized descriptions: We craft the copy to ensure your property attracts the right tenants.
- Photo upload and organization: We select the best photos to showcase your property.
- Market-based pricing recommendations: Set the right price to maximize bookings and earnings.

Please Note: A single Listing Setup Service purchase can be used for multiple units only if they share the same property type and address. If your units include different property types at the same address, or are located at different addresses, you must purchase an additional Listing Setup Service for each.
