House Rules help set clear expectations before a tenant moves in. You can create a personalized welcome message and house rules that are shared only with confirmed tenants. They are not displayed publicly on your Furnished Finder listing.
To edit your house rules,
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Landlord Tools and select House Rules.
- Choose your property from the dropdown (if applicable).
- Fill out each section and click Next.
The House Rules PDF is only available once all required fields are complete and the status bar shows 100%. If the download button doesn’t populate, click “Next” save your changes, then refresh the browser.
