To Complete a Pending Document
- Log in to your KeyCheck Account.
- Go to Docs & Signing and select Options from the dropdown.
- Click Edit.
- Answer the remaining questions to complete the document.
- You can use the progress bar to track how much of the document you've completed.
- Click Continue until you've answered all remaining questions.
To Customize a Document
- Log in to your KeyCheck Account.
- Go to Docs & Signing, select Options, and click Signing Setup.
- Add your legal name and click Edit Document.
- When you're done making changes, click Done Editing.
To Edit a Document
If you have already sent the document for signing, you must cancel the signing request to edit the document.
- Log in to your KeyCheck Account.
- Go to Docs & Signing and choose the document you want to edit.
- Select Options, then click Signing Setup.
- Click on Cancel Request, then click Edit Document.
- Make your edits, then click Done Editing.
- Resend the document.
To Send a Document
- Log in to your KeyCheck Account.
- Go to Docs & Signing, select Options, and click Signing Setup.
- Add your legal name and proceed.
- Click Start Signing, add the renter's email address, and click Continue.
- Click Send.
The renter will receive an email from Rocket Lawyer with a link to review and sign the document online.
To Delete a Document
- Log in to your KeyCheck Account.
- Go to Docs & Signing.
- Click the trash can icon to delete the document.
- Confirm deletion.
Note: Deleting a document does NOT reinstate a document credit to your account.
