Notifications help landlords stay informed about tenant leads, booking requests, and messages. You can adjust your settings anytime based on your availability or communication preferences.
Navigating to Notification Settings
Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Edit Listing and click on Notification Settings.
- Click the dropdown for your property (if applicable).
- Click Save once your preferences are set.
Customizing Your Notification Preferences
In the "Text Notification" section, use the toggle to enable or disable SMS messages for direct booking inquiries, messages, and matched and unmatched housing requests.
Direct booking inquiries and messages are enabled by default. These are high-value messages sent when a traveler is interested in your property specifically.
Pausing Notifications
To temporarily stop receiving notices for tenant leads:
- Select Pause My Notifications For.
- Select a pause duration from the dropdown menu.
While you will stop receiving text or email notifications, your listing will remain visible in search results.
Enabling Notifications Only Within 30 Days of Availability
If you prefer to be contacted only when your property is close to becoming available, select the Only Send Text Notification Within 30 Days Of My Availability.
Additional Notification Customizations
Tenant Leads Filter
You can set a maximum occupancy by selecting up to 7 travelers, or leave the field blank if you don't have a limit. This helps manage expectations and ensures housing requests align with your preferred guest count.
Notification Schedule
Choose when you want to receive alerts.
- Real Time: Get notified as soon as a new lead, booking request, or message comes in.
- 8am - 10pm MST: Receive notifications only during this time.
