Updating Your Landlord Account Password

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Account, then click on Settings.
  3. Select "Login with a Password."
  4. A password reset link will be sent to your account's email address.
  5. Open the email and click the "Change my password" link to create a new password.
    • Note: The link will automatically expire in one hour.

Forgot your username or password?

  1. Go to the "Forgot your Username or Password?" page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
  3. Click Ok, enter your email address again, and click Submit.
  4. What happens next will depend on the login option selected on the "Account - Settings" page.
    • Password: You'll receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
    • Magic Link: A pop-up will show that Magic Link is enabled for this account. You'll receive an email with a Magic Link to log in. Note: New accounts use Magic Links instead of passwords by default.
  5. If you don't receive the email to reset your password or log in via Magic Link, make sure you check your spam/junk folders.

Note: If you choose to log in via password rather than Magic Link, updating your password is not required, but we strongly recommend doing it at least once a year to keep your account secure.
