Managing Auto-Renew

Note: Your listing will automatically renew unless Auto-Renew is disabled.

  • Auto-Renew Enabled: Your card on file will be charged, and your listing will automatically be renewed for another year on your renewal date.
  • Auto-Renew Disabled: Your card on file will not be charged, your subscription will expire, and your listing will no longer be visible to travelers.

Enabling/Disabling Auto-Renew

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
    • If you're in the app, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right corner, select Edit Listing, then tap the menu icon again to access the main menu.

  2. Navigate to the Account section.
  3. Click Manage Subscription.
  4. Under your Active Subscriptions, click the "Action" toggle to turn Auto-Renew on or off.

Individual Unit Renewal Settings

  • Renewal settings for individual units within a property listing cannot be managed from your dashboard. If you need to disable or update the renewal status for a specific unit, please contact our support team.
